Internal WHS System Audit Checklist

This checklist is used for internal audits of the Work Health & Safety Management System (WHSMS). The aim of the audit is to determine whether the WHSMS:

1.     conforms to planned arrangements and requirements of the WHSMS;

2.     has been adequately implemented and maintained; and

3.     is effective in meeting the businesses WHS management commitments, objectives and targets.
